How can I check my order status?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number and tracking link.
You can use this information anytime to follow your package’s journey.
If you created a CozyoGiftBox account during checkout, simply log in to view your order history and shipping updates in one place.
If you cannot find your confirmation email, please contact us and we’ll gladly assist you.
Can I exchange an item?
We understand that finding the perfect fit is important.
Eligible items can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
To request an exchange, please email our support team with your order number and item details. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
At this time, exchanges are only available for customers within the United States.
What is your return policy?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be:
• Unused and unwashed
• In original packaging
• With all tags still attached
Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that certain items such as intimate wear, final sale products, or promotional items may not be eligible for return.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
To ensure fast processing and delivery, orders are sent to our fulfillment team shortly after they are placed.
Because of this, we’re unable to modify items, sizes, colors, or shipping details once checkout is complete.
If you need additional items, we recommend placing a new order.
If you believe you entered incorrect information, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist before your order ships.
What if my package is delayed?
While most deliveries arrive within the estimated timeframe, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to customs checks, weather conditions, or carrier issues.
