  • Orders within the United States may qualify for free standard shipping once a minimum purchase amount is reached

  • Select international destinations may also receive free shipping offers depending on order value

Any applicable shipping discounts will be automatically reflected during checkout before payment is finalized.


Preparing Your Order

Once your order is successfully placed, it enters our processing system.

  • Preparation time usually ranges from 3 to 7 business days

  • Orders are handled during standard business days (Monday through Friday)

  • Orders submitted outside business hours will begin processing on the next working day

When your package is ready to leave our facility, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you.

The time it takes for your order to arrive depends on your location and the shipping method selected.

Please keep in mind that these timeframes begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Occasionally, external factors such as customs clearance or local carrier schedules may influence delivery timing.


Delivery Limitations

At this time, we are unable to deliver to certain address types, including:

  • Post Office (P.O.) Boxes

  • APO/FPO military addresses

For best results, please provide a complete residential or commercial address at checkout.

We proudly serve customers around the world. Shipping costs and delivery timelines for international orders are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and parcel details.

Tracking Your Package
